Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between StudioAlchemist (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) in connection with the use of the Company’s game and related services provided through smart devices.

Article 2 – Effect and Changes of the Terms

1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms within the Service for easy access by Users.
2. If deemed reasonably necessary, the Company may revise these Terms within the scope not violating applicable laws.
3. When the Company revises the Terms, it shall notify Users by stating the effective date and reasons for revision via the ‘Notices’ section of the Service at least 7 days prior (30 days for adverse changes).
4. Agreeing to these Terms means the User agrees to check for changes regularly. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to lack of awareness of changes.
5. If a User disagrees with the revised Terms, they may terminate the agreement. Continued use after the effective date will be deemed as agreement. If the Company cannot apply the previous Terms, the agreement may be terminated.
6. Clicking the “Agree” button below constitutes consent to these Terms.

Article 3 – Governing Rules Outside the Terms

These Terms apply alongside the separate policies of each service. Matters not specified herein shall follow the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 4 – Definitions

1. “Content” refers to games, applications, and all related digital services provided by the Company.
2. “Smart Device” means devices such as phones, tablets, portable consoles that can install or access the Content via networks.
3. “Smart Service” refers to game and content services provided on Smart Devices by the Company.
4. “User” means a customer who accesses the Service and agrees to these Terms.
